I am writing to inquire if anyone has any information regarding the current status of the Florida Modern Whig Party. I have tried contacting the point of contacted listed in the party affiliates page of this website and have visited the Florida Modern Whig party page for a couple of months and none of my emails have been answered. Is the Florida Modern Whig Party still active? Are any whigs from Florida out there?

From one Floridian to another, it's good to e-meet you. Have no idea either what the party status is here since the Florida Whig Party (the one registered with the state) and the Modern Whig Party went their separate ways and the Florida Whig Party shut down (according to its website). What the future brings in the Sunshine State is an unknown.

Good to e-meet you, nice to know there are others here in Florida. I checked the Florida Modern whig party status in the Florida department of state website and the status has been revoked since 2011. Checking with brianmackmodernwhig [dot] org to see what we can do to get the party going again, but I haven't had much luck getting a hold of him. I like the discussions and back and forth of ideas that goes on here but that needs to be tied to some groundwork, getting the party started back up again here might help, what do you think?
By the way, where in Florida are you? I am in the north central area, county knownn as the People's Republic of Alachua county, ha.
