I petition that the U.S. Government follow the U.S. Code Title 8, section 1325; “Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by Alien," any citizen of any country other than the United States who:
Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or
Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact; has committed a federal crime.
Violations are punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in prison. Additional civil fines may be imposed at the discretion of immigration judges, but civil fines do not negate the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense.
We the people of the United States of America petition the Government to enforce the law in effect and support States and local law enforcement agencies in enforcing this law. The act of being an illegal in and of itself is a crime against the U.S. Government and We the people have the right to petition the Federal Government to compel the agencies impose the law of the land on Illegal immigrants.

Thanks for posting this. This is the proper stage for this post. I deleted the post in the second stage because this is where this should be. Since this not dealing with a proposal but already a petition regarding an existing law and its enforcement the formatting is fine. Just remember the proper formatting for any new proposals. Thanks again for posting this and bringing this to people's attention.

Ever forward,
